the free shuttle to the airport was a treasure. the hotel also had a convenience store inside, it was amazing to get snacks quickly. the room had intuitive light switches near the bed. the staff were very helpful, assisting me with every request.
the elevators had glass sides that, for some with height concerns, may be unsettling.

the twin room i had was very nice and neat. it offered plenty of space for luggage and personal items. the beds were very soft, and the linens felt very fresh.

The free shuttle service from terminal 1 and 2 ran frequently and was quick to get to the hotel. i found the hotel staff very helpful when i checked in. They spoke excellent english. the breakfast had a lot of variety, which i enjoyed. my room was also quite spacious.
I noticed that some maintenance is needed. Not all of the restaurants were open. it was a little disappointing that the coffee shop was closed .

the restaurant offered a diverse menu with both japanese and international dishes. breakfast service started early, at 6:00 am, to accommodate early flights. a convenience store inside the hotel sold snacks and drinks.

my room had individual climate control. there were several electrical outlets near the desk and bed. the bathroom included a bathtub with a shower and provided toiletries.

The hotel offered a convenient free shuttle directly from the airport. It had ample space for luggage. The convenience store right off the lobby provided late-night snacks. I found the room very clean.
The central air conditioning was too hot, and the temperature controls did not work. I could not cool the room, even with the window open. This made it difficult to sleep well.

the free shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient. it was nice i didn't wait too long for it. the convenience store in the lobby had all the basic necessities i needed, this was great. it had snacks and drinks
the air conditioning in my room wasn't really effective. i had trouble getting the room to a comfortable temperature. the hotel's decor felt quite outdated, like stepping back in time. the yellow tiles in the bathroom reminded me of a museum.
